Ottimo! Off the beaten path but so worth the trip, great food, warm and friendly service and amazing ambiance in the building with a fireplace, arches and beautiful decor. Menu changes regularly as the chef is inspired by the local fresh ingredients. Highly recommend

One of rarely Class Restaurant with a special design and taste of dishes of sud umbria .My advice to absolutely try if you trip in umbria,or you trip from Rome to florence ...30/40 minut from Rome On magliano or Orte exit ...to believe you must to try it one time

We were five guests and every dish we hade was truly special in every way. Creativity, display and taste absolutely gorgeous. Nice and calm jazz music in the background. Worth every cent. And really worth detour. Will definitely go there again before we leave the area!

A true gem in the middle of nowhere. We were passing through with the family when we accidentally bumped into this place. The restaurant itself is in a very old building with a great atmosphere. The design is authentic and super creative. The same applies to the kitchen. Every dish represents the spirit and unique vision of the place. Maybe you will not love it but you will hardly not appreciate and respect it. We loved it.

A genuinely astonishing experience. You don’t expect much from this unassuming Osteria in an old mill in a small village, but the food was of the sort one expects from a top end restaurant in a city like Florence. Inventive yet staying true to Umbrian roots, the presentation modernises the dishes without compromising on substance and flavour. This is a must visit if you’re even remotely in the area.

We had the most wonderful evening at Giovanni's restaurant. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the charming design and the inviting atmosphere. Giovanni the owner and chef, is a true culinary artist, his dishes are nothing short of extraordinary. What makes this place even more special is the warm and welcoming presence of Julia, Giovanni's wife. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The wine selection perfectly complemented our meal, and we were treated to a dining experience we'll cherish. We're already looking forward to our next visit!
